Common Questions

When will my subscription ship?
Subscriptions ship on the 22nd of each month. Join by the 20th to receive that month's palette. Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the following month's shipment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations made before the 20th take effect for the current month.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're actively working on — join our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.
What are watercolor dot cards?
Watercolor dot cards are small, hand-poured circles of watercolor pigment on watercolor paper. They're compact, portable, and ready to use with just a drop of water — perfect for painting on-the-go or building a curated color library.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your Color Ritual account to update your address, skip a month, or cancel. If you need help, email us and we'll take care of you personally.
